Living at the Residence at 4225 has been nothing but a positive experiance since I've moved in September. The staff is exceptional, they provide outstanding customer service and they do their best to make our complex a little community. They have get togethers and are always available to make your living experiance here the best they can. It is in a prime location close to every freeway and they have secruity walking around daily to help keep our community safe and crime free.

Residence at 4225 is a great place to live the staff is awesome, the units are spacious and up to date. Parking is good and the staff really does a great job of making Residence at 4225 a community.

My experience at R4225 has been great so far. Management is courteous and professional, maintenance is quick, and the community feels safe. I like the woodwork, color scheme, and finish of the apartments.

I like that I feel that I enter a new city when I arrive into my apartment. I love that the trees have lights on them and the dog park. I also love the Business center, it is really classy.

My husband and I moved into the Residences about a month ago and we are absolutely in love with the place. The management is friendly and helpful. We had our first maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly, professionally and the maintenance guy was an absolute gem. I do hate that they don't recycle... I'm VERY hopeful that changes SOON. I feel very safe here and everyone I've met seems very nice. We have an incredibly noisy upstairs neighbor-- the only downfall-- but other than it sounding like the Cardinals are running drills overhead, the apartments are really quiet. I was surprised to find we actually had neighbors on all sides of us--that's how well insulated the apartments are. It is a great place for singles or couples without kids and seems to cater to that crowd. Very animal friendly, which is important to me. Would (and HAVE) recommend it to anyone looking for a super nice yet affordable place to live. FIVE STARS!!

Nice, quiet, and clean place to live.

being so close to the Freeways and Sky Harbor airport seems to draw young professionals to live here. We have a modern style apartment (exteriors & interiors) that fit our personal likes and it is closet to downtown phoenix for an urban lifestyle for fun and entertainment. The fact that not alot of of families live here is the draw for me. I like that the people I meet in this complex seem to be 30 -40 yr old professionals. Great place to live! The only thing that I would push for is recycling. It is so important for our environment. And I have talked to enough people around the complex that agree recycling would be great. As of right now, I have to separate my recyclables and take them to Recycling centers or a friends house who recycles, kind of an inconvenience that I can't do it at my own residence.
